This time last year, Refugee Action had huge ambitions to embark on a “major digital acquisition drive” using Facebook ads and the new Engaging Networks’ Email Marketing Automation tool. In this presentation, Catherine and Hannah will talk about their year of learning… from what not to do (“maybe we should have been tracking that”) to what worked better than planned (“we actually got some regular donors”).
